The RBWM planning team have been made aware. The larger building, a hay barn, was refused permission by RBWM in 2023 under application 23/01985/AGDET, but it has been erected using permission under the Agricultural Act. The council’s planning enforcement and legal teams are investigating how that Act, together with earlier refusal, fit together.
